Do you really know the AI Camera in Huawei's Mate 10 Series

The Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro have recently been launched and come with plenty of trendy features. The Mate Series packs the new supercharged Kirin 970 octa-core processor and hi-tech dual camera on the back. Moreover, the sleeklooking body with glass on the front and back adds beauty to the phone.
Both the Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 pro are equipped with a Leica dual camera. A 12-megapixel sensor shoots in color, while a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor shoots exclusively in black and white. Each sensor has an aperture of f/1.6 and which allows for far improved night time shooting.
When clicking a photo, both cameras combined will be used to take the image and then lay the results over the top of each other. This gathers more detail with the monochrome sensor and then uses the RGB sensor for additional color. For taking quick shots, Huawei has included its 4-in-1 hybrid autofocus technology. The NPU comes into play with automatic image detection, which dynamically switches shooting modes depending on what you’re shooting. The selfie-cam isalso brilliant, having an 8MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

The AI tech in the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro will also detect motion through the sensor to optimize for the best shot.AI also works behind the scenes of other camera features, as it will allow for automatic detection of what you’re shooting. The Mate 10 realizes the object of which the image is being taken and optimizes the settings on your camera accordingly, that make every capture can be in best camera parameter, and get the high quality photo more easily.
Huawei has gone out-of-the-way by getting slimmer bezel by ditching the home button on the front, whereby moving the fingerprint scanner to the back, below the camera. The screen now stretches right to the edges and with the Pro's resolution of 2160 x1080 pixels, everything looks nice and crisp. The Mate 10 however, still has a home button and fingerprint scanner beneath the screen. Both the displays of Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro support HDR.
