Lamudi successfully concluded the biggest Property Show

The festival aims at providing a platform to all real estate enthusiasts so they may interact amongst themselves and with leading real estate developers coming from all over the country, as well as creating a recreational activity for the families.

Unlike other expositions, this event is unique in not only providing an opportunity for interacting with the real estate gurus but also a fun activity for the weekend where you can bring your family along. Here you will get to enjoy the company of fellow real estate aficionados, enjoy talks with erudite real estate advisors as well as having a great time with your family; savoring food from different stalls set up by your favorite food brands while the kids enjoy various activities arranged for them separately.

The first day of the event has experienced a great turnout, turning it into a huge success. People from the twin cities, young and old, swarmed the Pak China Friendship Centre with their enthusiasm to find out about the top real estate projects, investment options and to interact with the experts. Do you really know the AI Camera in Huawei's Mate 10 Series

The Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro have recently been launched and come with plenty of trendy features. The Mate Series packs the new supercharged Kirin 970 octa-core processor and hi-tech dual camera on the back. Moreover, the sleeklooking body with glass on the front and back adds beauty to the phone.
Both the Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 pro are equipped with a Leica dual camera. A 12-megapixel sensor shoots in color, while a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor shoots exclusively in black and white. Each sensor has an aperture of f/1.6 and which allows for far improved night time shooting.
When clicking a photo, both cameras combined will be used to take the image and then lay the results over the top of each other. This gathers more detail with the monochrome sensor and then uses the RGB sensor for additional color. For taking quick shots, Huawei has included its 4-in-1 hybrid autofocus technology. The NPU comes into play with automatic image detection, which dynamically switches shooting modes depending on what you’re shooting. The selfie-cam isalso brilliant, having an 8MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

The AI tech in the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro will also detect motion through the sensor to optimize for the best shot.AI also works behind the scenes of other camera features, as it will allow for automatic detection of what you’re shooting. The Mate 10 realizes the object of which the image is being taken and optimizes the settings on your camera accordingly, that make every capture can be in best camera parameter, and get the high quality photo more easily.
Huawei has gone out-of-the-way by getting slimmer bezel by ditching the home button on the front, whereby moving the fingerprint scanner to the back, below the camera. The screen now stretches right to the edges and with the Pro's resolution of 2160 x1080 pixels, everything looks nice and crisp. The Mate 10 however, still has a home button and fingerprint scanner beneath the screen. Both the displays of Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro support HDR.

Daraz Black Friday sale is just around the corner. Daraz Black Friday sale is set to start on November 20th, and will be giving a variety of attractive and exciting slashed-price deals and discounts to the online shoppers in Pakistan.

In the world of e-commerce, Black Friday’s are something which both the customers and brands are desperately waiting for. Globally, the Black Friday Sale is equivalent to a Pakistan vs. India match. The brands are looking to compete for the highest returns; sellers across Daraz’s very own ecosystem spend months strategizing their assortments and offers. Even Team Daraz forgoes numerous nights’ sleep to deliver on their bold promise: ‘Pakistan’s largest single ecommerce sale.’

Chief Marketing Officer at Daraz, Hamaad Ravda, stated: “It’s not just about on-boarding greater numbers of trustworthy vendors and scaling assortment. It’s an attitude. As we take on Black Friday 2017, we look back on Pakistan’s first billion rupee sale (Black Friday 2016) and say: challenge accepted.”

That big deal event that Daraz pioneered in 2015 and bested in 2016 is expected to get significantly bigger this year. The messaging is as simple as it gets, with no reading between the lines required; Daraz offers ‘BIG deals, BIG discounts, & BIG brand partners’.

The tight-lipped Team Daraz are keeping a closed lid on the precise mechanics of its Black Friday deals for now, but rest assured it will be the biggest retail event Pakistanis have seen to date.

HUAWEI Mate 10 is the powerful mobile office you've been waiting for

HUAWEI has recently revealed its latest flagship devices - the HUAWEI Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro. The HUAWEI Mate 10 joins the biggest trend of 2017 – going bezel-less. The HUAWEI Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro are aimed at business users; therefore, it comes with the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the all-new Kirin 970.

The HUAWEI Mate 10 has a 5.9-inch display with a 16:9 ratio and 2560 x 1440 (2K) resolution. The HUAWEI Mate 10 pro has a 6-inch, 18:9, 2160 x 1080 (HD+) resolution display. Both these devices are being called 'FullView' displays, and both are HDR10.

The design of these phones is now with a glass black rather than metal. The HUAWEI Mate 10 Pro features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, while the standard HUAWEI Mate 10 manages to squeeze one onto the front. Inside the both Mate 10 variants are the Kirin 970 chipset, backed up by 6GB RAM and 128GB storage for the Pro, and 4GB RAM and 64GB for the standard.

The CEO of Huawei Consumer Group – Richard Yu stated: “As we are aware of the fact that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is set to propel the intelligent development of smart devices to the next level. Instead of passively responding to user needs, the AI in the HUAWEI Mate 10 and Mate 10 pro will sense our mood and environment, and proactively offer new ways for us to interact with the world around us through targeted services.”

The best feature of the HUAWEI Mate 10 is that it can plug the phone into any screen using a USB-C to HDMI cable turning it into a mobile workstation (like Samsung DeX, but without the Dock). The screen can also be turned into a trackpad and keyboard.

The HUAWEI Mate 10 features expandable memory and the Mate 10 Pro is now also water resistant with an IP rating of 67.  Both phones will feature Leica branded dual cameras, combining 12MP RGB sensor and 20MP Monochrome sensor with a f/1.6 aperture, but HUAWEI has added intelligent AI to the mix.

The HUAWEI Mate 10 will recognize what kind of picture is being taken and adjusts the settings in order to get the best image. What's also impressive is the claimed battery life – two days of normal use. This is due to the large 4000 mAh battery, as well as the better-optimized processor, software and display.

The Mate 10 is available in numerous exciting colours such as; Blue, Brown, Pink, Gold, and Black. Moreover, it is also available in a Porsche Design model. HUAWEI Mate 10 will be available for customers in Pakistan from November.

HUAWEI Mate 10 can be more user friendly Desktop Computer Than Note 8

The recently unveiled masterpiece of HUAWEI - the Mate 10 can do a lot of cool tricks. One of the best functions is that it can work as a full fledged desktop. It leaves users thinking that "Samsung did this, months ago with the Galaxy S8."

However, Samsung S8 requires the users to buy a separate dock for Rs.10, 000. Instead, the HUAWEI Mate 10 just needs a basic USB-C to HDMI cable. As soon as the HUAWEI Mate 10 senses it's been plugged into an HDMI outlet, the desktop experience - dubbed EMUI Desktop - kicks in within 10 seconds.

From here on, the desktop look similar to any PC or Mac you've used. There's a row of crucial apps (Chrome, Photo Gallery, etc) on the left side of the screen, and a "dock" of sorts at the bottom, with the lower left corner storing other apps; while the bottom right corner displaying battery status and connection status. If your USB-C to HDMI converter has extra USB ports, you can even plug in a keyboard and mouse for the full experience. But even without them, you can navigate within EMUI Desktop with the HUAWEI Mate 10's screen acting as a trackpad.

With the Kirin 970AI processor and 4GB(/6GB) of RAM, there is enough processing power and memory to push the desktop vibe. Scrolling on the internet browsers like Chrome or Firefox is much cleaner, smoother & glitch-free compared to Samsung Dex. You can play embedded Twitter gifs or YouTube videos like you would on a regular laptop.

Most people who've tried Samsung's Dex found the overall experience cool, but ultimately tricky and hectic. The point of being converting your smartphone into a desktop computer is so you can get more work done without actually having a computer with you on-the-go.

However, nobody carries around a dock with them. The HUAWEI Mate 10 eliminates this problem, because all you need is the phone and a small adaptor and HDMI cable. Every hotel will have either a television or a monitor that can support HDMI input. Another remarkable feature of the HUAWEI Mate 10 is that unlike Samsung Dex, HUAWEI Mate 10 is still fully functional. It can still make calls, take photos, and use apps like Instagram etc. However, the Galaxy S8/Note 8, when plugged into Dex, is basically locked down and cannot be used.

HUAWEI Mate 10 will be available in the Pakistani market from November.
